Crown Commercial: Flashpackers Concept
The task was to provide a concept floor plan for a potential 'flashpackers' on 8 Cambridge Terrace, Wellington to then be presented to developers. The aim was to gauge the number of people/rooms per floor to work out an estimated revenue as well as provide a sense of what the downstairs entertainment area could look like.
